{"id":2420,"date":"2023-02-15T14:32:36","date_gmt":"2023-02-15T13:32:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.talentmensch.coach\/?p=2420"},"modified":"2024-04-07T19:01:55","modified_gmt":"2024-04-07T17:01:55","slug":"gefuehle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.talentmensch.coach\/index.php\/2023\/02\/15\/gefuehle\/","title":{"rendered":"Gef\u00fchle"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><strong>Gef\u00fchlsmensch<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>der vieles aus dem Bauch heraus entscheidet.<\/p>\n<p>So wie ich einer bin<\/p>\n<p>und der<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Kopfmensch<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>der vieles bis in die letzte Ecke durchdenkt.<\/p>\n<p>So wie ich einer bin.<\/p>\n<p>Gerne denken wir in Schubladen oder wir legen uns selber hinein.<\/p>\n<p>Doch ist dies nicht zu einfach\u2026<\/p>\n<p>einen Menschen nur als Gef\u00fchlsmensch oder nur als kopflastig anzunehmen?<\/p>\n<p>Ein Kopfmensch trifft seine Entscheidungen, wie der Name es verr\u00e4t, aus<\/p>\n<p>dem Kopf heraus.<\/p>\n<p>Der Bauch und seine Gef\u00fchle kommen selten zu Wort.<\/p>\n<p>Die Grundlage von Fakten werden zur Entscheidungsfindung herangezogen.<\/p>\n<p>Merkmale eines Kopfmenschen sind z.B.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>bedachtsam<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>analytisch<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>fair<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>und sie <em>f\u00fchlen<\/em> sich in mathematischen Berufen wohl.<\/p>\n<p>Der Kopf steht bei einem Kopfmenschen \u00fcber den Dingen und hat somit eine h\u00f6here Entscheidungskraft.<\/p>\n<p>Die andere Schublade ist mit Gef\u00fchlen gef\u00fcllt, ich bin neugierig und \u00f6ffne diese, suche und finde\u2026<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Grundgef\u00fchle<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>grundlegende Gef\u00fchle, die wir als Mensch empfinden, z.B.<\/p>\n<p>Freude, Traurigkeit, Angst<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Soziale Gef\u00fchle<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Diese Gef\u00fchlen stehen eng in Verbindung mit unseren sozialen Beziehungen<\/p>\n<p>Liebe, Stolz, Eifersucht etc.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Kognitive Emotionen<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dies sind komplexe Emotionen, die auf kognitiven Prozessen<\/p>\n<p>basieren, das kann z.B. das Erstaunen oder die Erleichterung sein.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>K\u00f6rperliche Empfindungen <\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>k\u00f6nnen ebenso als Gef\u00fchle betrachtet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Der Schmerz, Hunger, Durst, M\u00fcdigkeit usw..<\/p>\n<p>Kann man somit einem Kopfmenschen die oben genannten Gef\u00fchle absprechen,<\/p>\n<p>damit er in die Schublade \u00a0passt.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>W\u00e4re das nicht unfair<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Denn den sogenannten Gef\u00fchlsmenschen gibt es nicht,<\/p>\n<p>in der Theorie vielleicht jedoch in der Praxis<\/p>\n<p>kann man den Kopfmensch und den Bauchmensch nicht<\/p>\n<p>voreinander trennen.<\/p>\n<p>Denn die meisten Entscheidungen lassen sich entweder aus dem Bauch oder nur aus dem<\/p>\n<p>Kopf treffen.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Oder hast Du schon mal einen Kopfmenschen getroffen,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>bei dem die Schmetterlinge im Kopf<\/strong><strong>\u00a0anstelle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>im Bauch geflattert sind<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Kopfmenschen beschreiben sich als<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>rational, logisch und k\u00fchl<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Gef\u00fchlsmenschen beschreiben sich als<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>emotional, feinf\u00fchlig und warmherzig<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>Doch, was soll ich Dir sagen\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p>eine Schublade geh\u00f6rt zu einem Schrank,<\/p>\n<p>und das was hineingelegt wurde, kann auch wieder entfernt werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><em>Herzfr\u00f6hliche Gr\u00fc\u00dfe<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><em>Eure Manuela<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Hinweis: Ich m\u00f6chte betonen, dass ich keine Psychologin bin und meine Erkenntnisse aus dem Leben stammen,indem ich zuh\u00f6re, einf\u00fchle und reflektiere und mit meinem Erfahrungsschatz verbinde.
